Covered parts - Air filters (2), fan belts, thermocouple, burner and blower motor, igniter/glowbar, fan limit disc control, circulator/zone valve (max 1) and transformer . . . Plus a complete LP and Natural Gas check on your entire system.
2. TOTAL COMFORT FUEL OIL PLAN
Covered parts - Air filters (2), nozzle, oil filter, fan belt, draft control, cad cell eye & relay, transformer, burner & blower motor, circulator/zone valve mix (max 1), fuel pump screen, coupling, gaskets, fan limit disc control, electrodes, and smoke pipe (maximum 12-inch) . . . Plus $50 credit towards fuel tank replacement.
3. OIL FIRED WATER HEATER PLAN
Covered parts - Aquastat, barometric damper, burner coupling, burner end cone, burner fan and motor, cad cell, cad cell control, emergency switch, firomatic oil valve, firomatic thermal switch, fuel oil filter, fuel oil pump, nozzle, smoke pipe, temp/pressure relief valve, vacuum breaker. (Non-warranted parts: water heater tank, piping, and fire chamber.)
Covered Parts - No deductible and 100% coverage on more than 40 key parts.
Covered Labor - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 100% coverage for labor associated with diagnosing the problem.

The Total Comfort Propane & Fuel Oil Plans Include the following
Townsend Furnace Cleaning & Tune-Up Checklist:
• Thorough system inspection and safety check.
• Clean and inspect chimney breach.
• Combustion chambers and heat exchanger cleaning and inspection.
• Burner and blower fan, end cone, electrodes, and air tube cleaned and adjusted.
• Replace nozzle, air filters and oil filter.
• Lubricate all motors and bearing assemblies.
• Perform efficiency test including smoke reading, stack temperature and draft.
• Fine-tune the system for maximum operation and efficiency.
